FX Operations Specialist

Job Description:

The FX Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless end-to-end FX transaction processing. This includes confirmations, settlement, and reconciliation of transactions.

Responsibilities encompass monitoring transaction flows across banking, remittance, and liquidity provider channels to ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and BSP regulatory requirements.

Collaboration with Treasury, Trading, and Compliance teams is essential for resolving issues efficiently.

Maintaining accurate reporting on transaction volumes, P&L impact, and exposures is critical to operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of experience in FX operations, treasury back office, or payments operations.
  • Strong knowledge of settlements, reconciliations, and FX operational risk controls.
  • Familiarity with SWIFT, local clearing, and remittance processes.
  • Detail-oriented analytical skills and ability to work under time pressure.
