Job Description
  • Prospect and Build Pipeline: Identify business opportunities, initiate sales calls to prospective leads or clients, and generate new leads through cold calls and emails.
  • Qualify and Educate Prospects: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and identify how client's solutions can add value to their freight forwarding operations.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Account Teams: Work closely with the sales and account management teams to set up meetings and product demos for qualified leads.
  • Persistent Follow-Up and Nurturing: Relentlessly follow up with leads, providing them with valuable information and resources to nurture their interest.
  • Pipeline Tracking and CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, notes, and progress in the CRM system, tracking lead status and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimum of 2 years SDR or sales and marketing experience in Logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (English both written and verbal).
  • Can work independently and under pressure.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing.
  • Client management experience is a plus.
