  • Financial Oversight: Oversee business financials, ensuring profitability and effective resource allocation.
  • Strategic Product Roadmap: Define the strategic product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market needs.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Industry Experience: Extensive experience in business development, product management, and P&L management, preferably in the cryptocurrency, investments or fintech industry.
  • Product Launch Expertise: Proven track record of incubating and launching successful products.
  • Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and industry trends.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
