Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Case Manager.

This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact in your community by providing tailored support and supervision to individuals in the community under various supervision orders. Our goal is to deliver effective case management and reduce reoffending rates through individualized support that meets each person's unique risks and needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting with relevant Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and organizations to help address Indigenous over-representation within the criminal justice system.

Key responsibilities include negotiating and resolving conflicts with stakeholders, managing multiple tasks effectively, and applying experience working within legislative frameworks to drive core service delivery areas.

Requirements and qualifications include possession of a valid Australian driver's license, occasional work outside regular hours, and completion of a Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community) within 12 months of employment.
