
Assistant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Supervisor in managing and motivating the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Support in planning and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor individual and team performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in onboarding and training new sales staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated complaints professionally.
- Ensure accurate reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings and promotions.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, inventory, and customer service.
- Step in to lead the team in the absence of the Sales Supervisor.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock for sales activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly sales environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales-related software (CRM systems, POS, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
