
Business Development Manager

The Account Executive plays a key role in fostering client relationships and driving business growth through analytics solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Foster strong partnerships with assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Analyze client operations to identify tailored dashboard solutions that align with their objectives.
- Deliver projects, lead training sessions, and support successful adoption of dashboards.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within accounts and proactively address client issues.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting is required (SaaS/analytics experience is an asset).
- Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage both planned responsibilities and ad hoc work.
