Job Title: Warehouse Inventory Lead

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the inventory management process and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets are achieved. This includes managing the schedule and attendance of all employees under your department, ensuring the division is staffed with skilled manpower, and optimizing the use of space in the warehouse.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of ownership and operational discipline, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and supervisory experience. Additionally, proficiency in MS Excel and Google Applications is required, as well as knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.

  • Manage and control the inventory process to meet business objectives
  • Oversee the scheduling and attendance of employees within the department
  • Ensure the division is adequately staffed with skilled personnel
  • Develop and implement effective storage and picking procedures
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile data discrepancies
  • Responsible for replenishment and rack transfer of inventory to fulfill customer orders
  • Notify relevant departments of any non-conformance or stock discrepancies
  • Process transfers immediately upon receipt into the warehouse
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics, and Warehousing
  • Demonstrated ownership and operational discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Supervisory experience with direct and agency employees
  • Detailed oriented and background in process improvement
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Applications
  • Knowledgeable in Warehouse Management System
