">About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating human resource activities. This includes partnering with business stakeholders to establish and execute HR strategies that drive business performance.

You will also help formulate initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement. If you have a passion for human resources and a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide counseling to employees and supervisors as needed
  • Oversee the orientation of new staff and training programs
  • Manage employee relations, counseling, and disciplinary actions
  • Handle terminations and conduct exit interviews
  • Draft and implement employee rules, regulations, and policies aligned with company policies
  • Maintain effective partnerships with internal teams to ensure HR operations success
  • Collaborate with the legal team on documentation and compliance matters
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in human resource management
  • Knowledge of strategic planning, employee relations, and labor litigation
  • Experience in the BPO industry and with multi-jurisdictional teams is a plus
  • A background in corporate social responsibility/advocacy work is a plus
