Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and drive peak performance. This includes providing guidance to employees and supervisors, orienting new staff members, training, and overseeing all personnel matters.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute organizational development strategies that drive business success
  • Provide counseling and support to employees and supervisors as needed
  • Orient and train new staff members to ensure seamless integration into the team
  • Oversee personnel relations, including disciplinary actions and terminations
  • Draft and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in organizational development and human resources management
  • Knowledgeable in strategic planning, employee relations, and labor law
  • Experience working with diverse teams and managing complex personnel issues is a plus
