We are seeking an experienced Reconciliation Analyst to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies related to unapplied cash. This will involve reviewing aging regularly to identify customer payments across various payment methods (ACH, wire transfers, credit cards) with a high degree of accuracy to determine if they are duplicate payments, overpayments, etc.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to communicate effectively with internal & external clients regarding unallocated payments. They will also be responsible for collaborating with the Collections team members or other departments to gather necessary information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies related to unapplied cash.
- Review aging regularly to identify customer payments across various payment methods.
- Communicate with internal & external clients regarding unallocated payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree graduate (preferably in Finance/Accounting)
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B Accounts Receivable, specifically identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies related to unapplied cash.
Skills:
- Fluent in English is essential, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally verbally and in writing.
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent Excel skills required.
