Job Title: Cash Collection Specialist

About the Role

This role is responsible for efficiently managing cash collections from customers in a fast-paced global environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-volume multi-currency ledgers, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
  • Maintain effective customer relationships, both internal and external, while respecting cultural and regional differences.
  • Handle customer queries and investigations, collaborating with other departments to resolve issues promptly.
  • Cash allocation and processing, identifying payments and resolving short paid reasons within a month of payment receipt.
  • Process final notices and take appropriate actions for non-payments, including account closure and service termination.
  • Ensure compliance with document processes and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Meet cash collection targets and business needs.
