Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team. As an essential member of our operations group, you will play a critical role in building and supporting the team that delivers care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Communication Management
    • Manage all candidate communications throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely responses and clear updates.
  • Offer Management and Onboarding
    • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including sending offer letters, tracking signatures, coordinating start dates, provisioning accounts, and scheduling onboarding events.
  • New Hire Point of Contact
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during the hiring and onboarding process, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Process Improvement and Systems Development
    • Support the development and maintenance of efficient systems and processes that streamline hiring and onboarding, including applicant tracking and workflow improvements.
  • Team Monitoring and Support
    • Assist in tracking and analyzing team performance, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to management's efforts to address challenges.
  • Operational Flexibility
    • Be prepared to take on additional operational responsibilities as needed, with opportunities to expand into broader or more strategic roles as the company grows.
    Qualifications
    • Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and promptly with candidates, new hires, and internal stakeholders.
    • A self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
    • Technical proficiency and willingness to learn new tools and platforms, such as Google Suite and similar productivity software.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with empathy and patience to support new hires and build rapport across the team.
    • A growth mindset and passion for making a positive impact on people's lives, particularly through improving access to care and support.
