
Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team. As an essential member of our operations group, you will play a critical role in building and supporting the team that delivers care.
Key Responsibilities- Candidate Communication Management
- Manage all candidate communications throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely responses and clear updates.
- Offer Management and Onboarding
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including sending offer letters, tracking signatures, coordinating start dates, provisioning accounts, and scheduling onboarding events.
- New Hire Point of Contact
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during the hiring and onboarding process, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Process Improvement and Systems Development
- Support the development and maintenance of efficient systems and processes that streamline hiring and onboarding, including applicant tracking and workflow improvements.
- Team Monitoring and Support
- Assist in tracking and analyzing team performance, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to management's efforts to address challenges.
- Operational Flexibility
- Be prepared to take on additional operational responsibilities as needed, with opportunities to expand into broader or more strategic roles as the company grows.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and promptly with candidates, new hires, and internal stakeholders.
- A self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Technical proficiency and willingness to learn new tools and platforms, such as Google Suite and similar productivity software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with empathy and patience to support new hires and build rapport across the team.
