
Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Support Specialist to provide essential support in managing internal records, scheduling, and client conflict resolution.
The ideal candidate will be crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring effective communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive support to the legal team, including administrative assistance, coordination of tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist with implementing and improving operational processes and workflows
- Conduct internal records review to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for staff members
- Manage and prepare fortnightly schedules and reports, including tracking progress on key initiatives and summarizing operational activities
- Track and manage client conflict resolution efforts, including recording issues, monitoring resolution progress, and ensuring that conflicts are resolved in a timely and effective manner
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative support role
- Experience in operations support, record management, or client service is a plus
- Relevant certifications in administrative support or legal assistance are a plus
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
