  • Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones and provide expert-level technical support to ensure seamless delivery of services;">
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve IT operations and client satisfaction;">
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging IT trends and technologies to enhance skills through continuous learning;">
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication;">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • At least 5 years of experience in Global Support/Technical Operations Engineering, preferably in an AU MSP environment;">
  • Relevant IT experience and/or certifications in Microsoft O365, Azure, or AWS;">
  • Proficiency in PowerApps, with experience in developing and customizing business applications;">
  • Understanding of IT management principles and commitment to maintaining high security standards;">
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to confidently interact with staff and suppliers;">
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with ability to investigate issues, identify solutions, and prioritize tasks effectively;">
  • Adaptable and proactive, with continuous focus on process improvements;">
