Job Title

Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, providing high-quality solutions to resolve issues efficiently.

  3. Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in a CRM system, ensuring seamless communication across the team.
  4. Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and relay feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  1. Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or night shift setting.
  2. Experience with CRM software and customer support tools, with strong technical proficiency in various communication platforms and remote work tools.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is desirable.
