Role Overview

This position entails collecting outstanding payments from clients while fostering trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments.

The Collection Specialist will engage with customers to encourage them to settle their debts in a patient and professional manner.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a strong customer service orientation.

About the Position
  • Contacting clients to collect outstanding payments.
  • Patiently communicating with customers to facilitate debt settlement.
Your Qualifications
  • A minimum of 9 months of experience in BPO - Collections, specifically handling international accounts.
  • Proficiency in using dialers for efficient communication.
  • Demonstrated account management experience, ensuring effective relationships with clients.
  • Familiarity with collection laws and regulations, guaranteeing compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written, and strong customer service focus.
Technical Requirements
  • Windows 11 OS installed on your device.
  • A processor with a minimum speed of 2.0 GHz (Intel Core i3, i5, i7 or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 8 GB RAM for optimal performance.
  • A hard drive with at least 80 GB of free space or 20 GB available.
  • A USB headset with noise-canceling capabilities.
  • Access to high-speed internet via cable or fiber connection, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
