We're seeking a forward-thinking Senior Client Insights Partner to support our newly created regionalised structure. This role involves designing scalable insight engines, prototyping decision-support systems, and leading analytics across high-impact problem spaces.

The ideal candidate will serve as a client-focused partner, translating analytical needs into high-impact deliverables and providing strategic presentations to stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing.

  • Partnering with internal client leads and external stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables
  • Developing and maintaining tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers
  • Leading deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes
  • Delivering strategic presentations to stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing
  • Building and refining repeatable insight models that support benchmarking, campaign planning, and forecasting
  • Mentoring junior analysts in developing storytelling, interpretation, and client-facing analytics skills
  • Playing a lead role in driving cross-client insight standardisation and reporting automation
