Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management activities, vendor coordination, and documentation.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Assist the Project Lead/Manager in monitoring project plans, timelines, and costs.
  • Coordinate project management activities with internal resources and third-party vendors.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation and reports.
  • Provide logistics and administrative support as needed.
  • Drive third-party vendors to achieve targets.
  • Support third-party vendors on queries and clarifications in all technical aspects regarding the projects.
  • Prepare reports and other site documentation.
  • Assist third-party vendors in their site issues and give resolution in compliance with Client Standards.
  • Update site status in Kanban on a daily basis with minimal errors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Preferably an Engineering Graduate in the field of Telecommunications.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator in Telecom Industry.
  • Willing to extend office hours/overtime.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel and basic office software.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledgeable in all domain in Telecommunication such as Civil Works, Power, Telecom Works, RF.
