
Key Customer Service Position

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing complaints, and enhancing our brand image through excellent service delivery.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist customers with queries and complaints via various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Develop a positive company image by being approachable, empathetic, and professional in all customer interactions.
- Gather feedback after each transaction to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our services.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for customers and teammates to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Interact with management at various levels to discuss customer concerns, provide updates on customer engagement, and gather feedback on our services.
- Perform assigned tasks within the department or company to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Fresh graduates or Senior High School graduates willing to learn and develop their skills.
- Preferably college graduates of any 4-year course or vocational graduates from TESDA training centers related to the position.
- Candidates from Communications, Marketing, or Business fields are preferred as they possess relevant skills and knowledge.
