Job Opportunity:

This is a remote position offering the chance to work on creative projects with various stakeholders.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM (PST)

Weekly Hours: 30 hours

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop original graphic designs and illustrations for social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  2. Grow and engage social media channels organically by creating visually compelling, brand-aligned content that resonates with the target audience.
  3. Translate marketing strategies and audience insights into impactful visual storytelling across multiple platforms.
  4. Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmark performance, and uncover new content opportunities.
  5. Prepare weekly social media performance reports, providing key insights and actionable recommendations.
  6. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure creative alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
  7. Stay current with fashion trends, social media best practices, and emerging design techniques to inspire fresh, relevant content.
  8. Ensure all creative assets adhere to platform-specific requirements and align with brand guidelines for optimal performance.
  9. Design and produce digital and print marketing materials, including banners, postcards, lookbooks, and promotional collateral.
  10. Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 1–2 years of experience in the fashion industry.
  2. 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms and creating content.
  3. Proven experience designing fashion-focused assets for e-commerce, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  4. Strong knowledge of social media content requirements and optimization techniques.
  5. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  6. Basic video editing skills.
  7. Familiarity with preparing print-ready files and working with print production standards.
  8. Strong typographic skills.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  10. Solid portfolio demonstrating innovative design work.
  11. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
