Senior Graphic Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing high-quality graphic design solutions to support marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to create visually appealing designs that align with our brand's aesthetic.

You will work closely with our marketing team to conceptualize, create, and deliver design solutions that drive business results. This includes designing seasonal campaign assets such as email/Social home page design/product PDPs, logo development/brand books, image retouching/resizing/formatting product and lifestyle images, packaging design, printed collateral, tradeshow/event graphics/image collateral, creating product swatches by color for each style, maintaining and organizing photo library and design work on company server, and any additional tasks needed to support business growth and strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-quality graphic design solutions to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years working experience in design with fashion focus.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles for type, shape, color, and photography with attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with ability to solve problems and adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Team player, collaborator, and feels comfortable leading design exploration and execution.

Additional skills not required but a plus include proficiency in Adobe After Effects or Video/Animation, Illustration, Copy writing ability, experience in the footwear or apparel industry, and experience designing home page content, email featuring products, and promotional marketing.
