Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM (PST) – Vernon, CA (Includes a one-hour unpaid lunch break)

Weekly Hours: 30 hours

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design original graphics and illustrations for social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  2. Grow and engage social media channels organically by producing visually compelling, brand-aligned content that resonates with our target audience.
  3. Translate marketing strategies and audience insights into impactful visual storytelling across multiple platforms.
  4. Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmark performance, and uncover new content opportunities.
  5. Develop and present weekly social media performance reports, providing key insights and actionable recommendations.
  6. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure creative alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
  7. Stay current with fashion trends, social media best practices, and emerging design techniques to inspire fresh, relevant content.
  8. Ensure all creative assets adhere to platform-specific requirements and align with brand guidelines for optimal performance.
  9. Design and produce digital and print marketing materials, including banners, postcards, lookbooks, and promotional collateral.
  10. Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.

Job Qualifications

  1. 1–2 years of experience in the fashion industry (preferred).
  2. 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms and creating content.
  3. Proven experience designing fashion-focused assets for e-commerce, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  4. Strong knowledge of social media content requirements (e.g., sizing, text limitations, platform-specific specs) and optimization techniques.
  5. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  6. Basic video editing skills (e.g., for Reels, Stories, and other short-form content).
  7. Familiarity with preparing print-ready files and working with print production standards.
  8. Strong typographic skills with the ability to create visually compelling, type-driven designs.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  10. Solid portfolio demonstrating a range of innovative, fashion-relevant design work.
  11. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  12. Knowledge of Google Analytics, social media analytics, email marketing tools, and fashion-related Go implementations.
