Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and design digital marketing assets for various markets, brands, and categories.
  • Create captivating social media, CRM, and display content that drives engagement.
  • Foster innovation through conceptual thinking and execute creative ideas.
  • Design storyboards and animations as needed to bring campaigns to life.
  • Adapt creative work seamlessly across multiple digital channels.
  • Manage projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Delegate tasks, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality design work is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Promote global brand identity guidelines and maintain cohesive design standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve digital creativity and drive business results.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as graphic design, digital media, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in digital design at an agency or consumer brand, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design.
  • Thorough understanding of user-centered design principles, including empathy, ideation, prototyping, and testing.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools essential for creating visually appealing designs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
