
Growth-Focused Direct Response Media Buyer

We are seeking a high-performing Direct Response Media Buyer to join our team. As a key member of our growth squad, you will be responsible for owning the entire customer acquisition funnel from ad click to conversion.
This role combines CRO, strategy, and performance marketing—crafting, testing, and scaling full-funnel systems that convert cold traffic into customers across Facebook/Instagram, Google, and TikTok Shop.
You will be a direct response expert capable of writing high-converting copy, building optimized funnels, and scaling paid traffic profitably. If you think like a growth CMO but enjoy hands-on work in ad accounts and landing pages, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Media Buying Across Paid Social + Search: Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Meta (Facebook/IG), Google, and TikTok Shop.
- Daily analysis of campaign performance to optimize creative, audiences, bidding, and spend.
- Focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
- Conversion Rate Optimization + Funnel Strategy: Own and optimize full funnel architecture—landing pages, advertorials, checkout flows, upsells.
- Lead A/B tests across pages, hooks, CTAs, and offers.
- Turn performance data into actionable testing roadmaps.
- Direct Response Copywriting: Write or guide ads, headlines, lead-ins, advertorials, and VSL scripts that drive conversions.
- Match copy angles to customer psychology and platform behavior.
- Funnel + Offer Creation: Build new funnels from scratch for new products or verticals, coordinate landing page design and copy, and leverage proven DR frameworks for testing new offers.
- Expertise in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and Google Ads with 2-5+ years of proven results.
- Experience managing budgets with measurable growth.
- Deep copywriting and CRO skills: able to write, test, and optimize ads, landing pages, and funnels.
- Experience building landing pages, VSL funnels, and lead gen flows using tools like ClickFunnels, Webflow, HighLevel, Unbounce, etc.
- Strategic thinking like a CMO combined with tactical execution.
- Self-starter attitude, high standards, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, ownership of outcomes, and metric tracking.
