Key Role in Digital Media Buying

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Media Buyer to join our team. As a key player in digital media buying, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of digital advertising and a passion for growing their expertise in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Director of Digital Media Buying to help execute media strategies, test creatives, analyze performance, and contribute to the creative process.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in launching, monitoring, and maintaining campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other platforms.
  2. Perform daily account checks to ensure campaigns are pacing correctly and meeting performance goals.
  3. Help optimize budgets, bids, and audience targeting under direction and with clear guidance.
  4. Support A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, headlines, and landing pages.
  5. Contribute to testing strategies and analyze results to inform ongoing performance improvements.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or a related role (agency or in-house).
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads preferred.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) to analyze and interpret data.
  • Some experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager insights, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters.
