Technical Solutions Architect Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Solutions Architect to join our team. This role will be responsible for collaborating with our sales team to provide technical expertise throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years' experience in designing and architecting IT solutions and selling complex IT solutions to large enterprises.

About the Role

This is a remote opportunity that requires working closely with our team members. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology and be able to act as a trusted advisor to help shape business use cases and propose the best solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise throughout the sales process.
  • Design and propose customized technical solutions that align with client-specific requirements.
  • Install, configure, and integrate new systems and software within clients' IT environments.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Participate in post-sales calls/activities with large customers, ensuring continuity and success in the customer's subsequent adoption, usage, and future expansion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in designing and architecting IT solutions and selling complex IT solutions to large enterprises.
  • Cloud experience with one of these cloud providers: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of web protocols and security.
  • Ability to understand prospects/customers business objectives and priorities.
  • Passion for technology and ability to act as a trusted advisor.
