Job Opportunity: Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions that empower user understanding and improvement of employee engagement.

This role requires strong technical expertise, passion for software engineering, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and data-driven features.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills by working on complex challenges and collaborating with a diverse and inclusive team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and develop innovative features that enhance user experience and improve employee engagement.
  • Work closely with Engineering, DevOps, and IT Security teams to ensure our platform is robust, scalable, and secure.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
  • Champion high-quality software engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and implement cloud-based services to enhance our platform's capabilities and scalability.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience developing and scaling web applications, preferably in SaaS and cloud-based environments.
  • Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL or similar relational databases (non-relational databases a plus).
  • Familiarity with agile software development processes for building distributed systems, Android applications, and/or e-commerce platforms.
  • Self-driven and able to tackle challenges head-on and achieve goals.
  • Able to troubleshoot complex systems problems, debug, and find root causes.
  • Excel at working in small, dynamic, and fast-paced groups.
