This is a senior-level technical role requiring deep knowledge of cloud-based solutions and experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex contact center and unified communication platforms.

About the Role:

">
  • To design, implement, and maintain our contact center and unified communication platform for clients.
  • To identify, examine, and resolve moderately complex problems with business communication systems.
  • To provide high levels of technical consultation support to customers worldwide.
  • To act as project lead and technical lead on an as-needed basis, especially on Telecom and Telephony-driven projects.
  • To work closely with stakeholders and partners supporting end-user installations, configuration changes, and programming updates.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, examine, and resolve moderately complex issues with business communication systems.
  2. Provide expert-level technical consultation support to global customers.
  3. Deliver process training and KT's to new joiners.
  4. Create job aids, MOPs for internal team members and customers on demand.
  5. Implement, demonstrate, and deliver remote or onsite solutions.
  6. Handle technical escalations and issues escalated by team members.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8+ years of Genesys Cloud experience, preferably in the contact center industry.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience with any other Telephony platform.
  • Experience with Genesys Cloud solution implementation, including Telephony, Contact Center, Integrations, Reporting, Text & Speech Analytics, Quality Management (Call Recording), Call Routing, Performance Management, Email, Chat, Social, Co-Browse, Interactive Voice Response, Voice & Digital Bots, and AppFoundry Partners.
  • Strong understanding of Genesys products and multiple use cases across industries.
  • Ability to create Private, Public SIP Trunks with multiple Carriers and third-party ACDs.
  • Familiarity with ITIL model of service delivery and SLA's.
  • Exposure to working with global customers in a 24*7 environment.
