**Job Overview:**
The NEMT Partnership Coordinator role plays a vital part in RidenRoll's expansion into the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) sector. This position requires effective communication, proposal submissions, and follow-ups with national and regional NEMT brokers to support our outreach and partnership efforts.
As a dedicated team member, you will be responsible for managing communications, coordinating document collection from affiliates, and maintaining a CRM or outreach tracker with current status, deadlines, and next steps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and maintain a list of national and state-level NEMT brokers and key contacts
- Send outreach emails, schedule calls, and follow up with brokers and vendor onboarding teams
- Prepare and submit capability statements, RFP forms, and introductory documentation
- Coordinate document collection from RidenRoll Affiliates (insurance, licenses, compliance forms)
- Maintain a CRM or outreach tracker with current status, deadlines, and next steps
- Assist U.S.-based leadership with administrative and operational support for NEMT onboarding
- Ensure all broker requirements (e.g., vehicle compliance, HIPAA, background checks) are tracked
- Prepare weekly status reports and participate in remote check-in meetings
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, outreach, credentialing, or virtual assistance
- Strong written and spoken English; confident in professional email communication
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable working across multiple systems
- Experience working remotely for U.S.-based clients (preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Trello/Asana, and Zoom
- Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or transportation industries is a plus
- Willing to work with partial overlap to U.S. time zones (Pacific or Central Time)
