Project Manager Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion. This involves managing all aspects of data collection, including budgeting, client communication, troubleshooting, and ensuring that profiles and health standards are met throughout the process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review project documentation provided by clients and identify potential issues that may impact project timelines and budgets.
  • Manage internal project kick-off meetings with sales, panel, and programming teams to review materials, finalize project requirements, and determine schedules.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status via email or phone, offering recommendations to maximize sample quality during the fielding process.
  • Ensure timely project completion and ensure that all panelists receive incentive payments in a timely manner. Provide financial metrics to support billing and invoicing processes.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in Marketing Research, preferably in Healthcare data collections.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Decipher or similar platforms, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel and Word skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlines with high attention to detail.

This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
