Business Intelligence Specialist

The Business Intelligence Specialist develops and implements business intelligence solutions to enable strategic decision-making. This involves designing and operationalizing dashboards, reports, and Management Information Systems (MIS) to support various business stakeholders in monitoring key metrics against goals and understanding customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designs and develops business intelligence dashboards, reports, and MIS to help business leaders make informed decisions.
  • Delivers accurate and comprehensive data and insights to address control, compliance, or regulatory-related requirements.
  • Ensures the timely delivery of critical data and reports during compliance and external audits.
  • Identifies opportunities to automate data and report generation and rationalize existing reports.
  • Collaborates with other business units to ensure outputs meet business specifications and turnaround times.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 1-5 years of experience in a data-related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R programming languages.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence platforms, such as Tableau, PowerBI, Amazon Quicksight.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Economics.
