This role is responsible for managing quantitative market research projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of each project, including client relationships, vendor coordination, and data collection.

  • Work closely with various teams to set up and test survey links, prepare samples, conduct quality checks, and manage respondent inquiries.

  • Coordinate project kick-off meetings to ensure all parties understand project specifications, timelines, and responsibilities.

  • Monitor productivity and quality of data collection, providing regular updates and progress reports on project status.

  • Partner with the sales team and operations staff to address issues and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Support international teams within the company by working independently.

Requirements

Successful candidates will possess excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. They should also have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

Basic math skills are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
