About the Role
- Ensure accurate and timely compliance of contingent workers throughout their engagement with our organization.
- Verify healthcare providers' educational background, training, licensure, and certifications to guarantee they meet the required standards.
- Manage records of healthcare providers' credentials, including renewal dates and expiration dates, in an efficient and organized manner.
- Conduct thorough background checks, such as criminal history checks and reference checks, to confirm that healthcare providers are of good standing.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory and accrediting bodies' requirements and ensure healthcare providers remain compliant with updates in regulations.
- Facilitate ongoing education and training for healthcare providers during their tenure with our company to maintain their skills and expertise.
- Assignment Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for all workers on assignment, directing them to relevant personnel for payroll and benefits inquiries. Assist with expiring credentials and yearly compliance renewals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with US healthcare onboarding processes is mandatory.
- Proficiency in US healthcare credentialling procedures is also essential.
