Job Title: Client Compliance Coordinator

 

This role involves ensuring seamless client integration into our system while maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the onboarding process for new clients, collecting and documenting all necessary information
  • Developing and improving workflows within our system to streamline processes
  • Adding new clients to our system, assigning bookkeepers and tax preparers, and monitoring task completion
  • Ensuring timely completion of deadlines and tracking compliance tasks efficiently
  • Training staff on system features, updates and best practices
  • Preparing and filing POAs (Power of Attorney)
  • Notifying payroll and bookkeeping teams of new clients and updates
  • Collaborating with the CPA to determine QuickBooks setup and communicating with relevant departments
  • Responding to client inquiries via email or portal
  • Conducting monthly check-in calls with clients to maintain strong relationships
  • Coordinating between clients, bookkeepers and tax preparers

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in workflow management, client onboarding or administrative operations
  • Familiarity with our system and QuickBooks preferred
  • Knowledge of corporate and LLC filing requirements is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to train and support staff on software tools and workflows
