Job Summary:
This is a remote Executive Assistant role supporting one or more executives at a company in the skilled trades industry. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and send reminders
- Organize inboxes, respond to emails and prioritize communications
- Prepare reports, presentations or meeting notes as needed
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including Zoom/Google Meet or in-person logistics
- Handle travel arrangements and expense tracking when applicable
- Assist with project coordination, team communications and deadline tracking
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
