Delivery Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple client projects across web, mobile, and e-commerce platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and supporting a team of project managers and delivery staff. Your primary objective will be to ensure that projects run smoothly, on time, and with real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of multiple client projects across web, mobile, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage, mentor, and support a team of project managers and delivery staff.
  • Coordinate with design, development, and QA leads to ensure resources are aligned.
  • Track timelines, milestones, blockers, and proactively escalate risks when needed.
  • Serve as a key client contact for delivery-related updates, check-ins, and issue resolution.
  • Work with leadership to continuously improve delivery processes and team capabilities.
  • Contribute to client reporting and forecasting for delivery pipelines.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and ensure delivery expectations are aligned from day one.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in delivery management, project management, or digital operations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional digital teams (developers, PMs, QA, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/hybrid delivery practices.
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to switch between high-level planning and hands-on issue resolution.
  • Calm under pressure and proactive in finding solutions.
