Your Key Responsibilities- Maintain a calendar of activities for the Area Head, coordinating schedules for internal and external meetings and appointments
- Efficiently handle day-to-day activities, including coordination of time schedules and logistical requirements
- Attend to incoming calls and messages, screen calls courteously and refer them to concerned personnel
- Organize and arrange internal activities and events in the assigned area
- Bachelor's Degree in any course
- Preferably 3 years of secretarial experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
