We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CEO Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our executive office, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and present reports, briefings, and other materials as required.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and faxes.

You will work closely with our senior leadership team to ensure the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional administrative support and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
