Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the diary of senior officers and arrange travel requirements
  • Craft and organize visitor itineraries, conduct research, and prepare background information
  • Coordinate and attend meetings, assist in agenda preparation, take minutes, and follow up on meeting actions
  • Handle expense reimbursements and provide minor admin assistance to the team

Requirements:

  • College degree of any course
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
