Job DescriptionWe are seeking an HR and Admin Specialist to join our team at M2.0 Communications Inc.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives, focusing on organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Support the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information effectively.
- Contribute to performance management procedures, including orientations and record updates for new staff.
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews, closely coordinating with the Admin Team.
- Collaborate with the Admin Team on matters regarding building, facilities, and equipment, overseeing maintenance work as needed.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
