Key Responsibilities:

  2. HR Support: Provide expert guidance and support to employees, addressing their HR-related queries and concerns.
  3. Policy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine organizational policies and procedures, aligning them with industry best practices.
  4. Employee Motivation: Develop and execute initiatives to boost employee motivation and engagement, driving a positive work culture.
  5. Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers to identify top talent, conduct thorough reference checks, and prepare compelling employment contracts.
  6. Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve employee complaints in a fair and transparent manner.
  7. Employee Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting career advancement.
  8. Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding processes, ensuring new employees feel welcome and supported.
  9. Database Management: Manage the organization's employee database, generating reports as needed to inform business decisions.
  10. HR Reporting: Prepare and present regular HR reports, highlighting key trends and insights.
  11. Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest HR trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR, with a proven track record of success.
