Business Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to propel our e-commerce business forward.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying and solving problems, and managing projects to drive efficient and effective solutions for key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data and generate comprehensive reports on a weekly basis.
  • Sources new reports that continually inform and increase client stickiness with our offerings.
  • Anticipate possible issues in the reconciliation of brand client receipts, shipping, or performance. Present solutions to detect, eliminate, or fix in an expeditious manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize customer experience.
  • Manage and organize projects to ensure timely completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Supply Chain Operations).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL Server and Power BI.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment environments with 3PL expertise.
Remote Position:This is a remote position requiring candidates to have an available work-from-home setup.
