This role involves conducting thorough research and analysis of legal documents, reports, and articles to support the business's operations.
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong online research skills to compile and organize findings into clear summaries or reports.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, proper sourcing, and adherence to confidentiality standards in their work.
- This position also requires supporting legal-related tasks as assigned by the business, which may include creating social media graphics and managing WhatsApp communications.
- Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to update and maintain CRM records related to legal contacts, cases, and documentation.
- Maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in all communications and tasks is essential for this role.
Required Skills:
- We require an individual with strong online research and data compilation skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to analyze and synthesize complex information.
- The ideal candidate should have experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools and familiarity with CRM systems for record-keeping and task tracking.
- A strong communication skillset for handling written and verbal correspondence is also necessary.
