Job Summary

A highly skilled financial professional is needed to manage the accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic business decisions by providing insightful financial analysis and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes to ensure efficient cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards through meticulous record-keeping and documentation.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective financial planning and control measures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent certification.
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a service-based industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP standards.
