The Senior Accountant position is a key role within our organization, playing a vital part in overseeing the financial operations and reporting functions. This individual will bring expertise in accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance to ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain internal controls, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial performance assessments to identify key drivers, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial reporting activities, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with accounting team members and departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure adherence to accounting standards and policies.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets, mitigate financial risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Support internal and external audits, providing documentation, explanations, and assistance as needed to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
  • Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, working closely with department heads and senior management to align financial goals with business objectives.
