About the role
As a key member of our customer service department at Wipro Philippines Inc., you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a high-performing team responsible for delivering exceptional service to our healthcare and insurance clients. This full-time position based in the Philippines will require you to oversee the day-to-day operations of your team, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, training and support to drive performance and achieve business goals
- Monitor team and individual key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations, serving as a subject matter expert and guiding your team to deliver effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service integration and address any customer concerns in a timely manner
