Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Customer Operations Specialists who execute and deliver Lexmark responsibilities against signed Statements of Work.
  • Ensure direct reports meet customer satisfaction expectations while managing thousands of installed devices with revenues typically over $10M.
  • Coverage includes responsibility for the customer satisfaction of clients for the provision of hardware, supplies, and services.
  • You will track team progress and conduct status meetings internally and communicate regularly with the internal team regarding the status of the account.
  • As required, implement Lexmark services against a defined project schedule and budget, and monitor the implementation process and manage scope changes as they occur.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years in a Customer Operations and/or Management Consultant position.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplined teams that are geographically dispersed.
  • Experience applying business management, financial concepts & contracts knowledge to analyze customer needs and deliver recommendations.
