">About the Role">

You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for clients during a key phase of business and systems transformation. In this position, you will work closely with contracts to extract key billing and revenue data, navigate multiple systems including Salesforce and our billing platform, and ensure that invoices align with contractual terms.

  • Extract and input contract terms, pricing, and billing schedules into the system while verifying accuracy.
  • Process invoices based on contract terms and ensure they align with agreed-upon rates.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between contract details and billing records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to clarify billing details and resolve disputes.

As a Contract Billing Specialist, your daily tasks will include:

  1. Reviewing and interpreting contracts to extract key information.
  2. Verifying accuracy of contract terms and pricing schedules.
  3. Generating invoices based on contract terms and client agreements.
  4. Resolving discrepancies and errors in billing records.
