In this role

In this role, your mission is to provide comprehensive insurance premium invoice management. You will make a direct impact by:

• Obtaining timely insurance premium invoices through effective communication with carriers and agents.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of invoices and payments to ensure compliance and prevent lapses.
• Following up promptly to confirm payment receipts and proof of coverage before expiration.

Qualifications

This Role Is for You If…

• Experience: 1–2 years of data entry or related experience
• Previous insurance experience preferred but not required

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Non-Negotiables:

• Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Effective communication skills regarding deadlines and expectations
• College graduate (required)

Bonus Points:

• Experience working with US-based clients
• Familiarity with insurance industry processes
