• Process and reconcile vendor invoices with accuracy and compliance to U.S. GAAP.
• Execute timely and secure payments while maintaining vendor relationships.
• Support audits and month-end close activities to strengthen financial integrity.

• Experience: 2–4 years in accounts payable or general accounting, ideally in a manufacturing or multi-entity setup.
• Knowledge: Strong grasp of U.S. GAAP, IRS vendor compliance (W-9, 1099 reporting), and internal control standards.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, ERP/accounting systems, and high-volume invoice processing.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, ethical, collaborative, and skilled at problem-solving and vendor communication.

• Compensation: Up to ₱40,000-50,000 Base
• Schedule: Night Shift (11 PM–8 AM PH Time), Monday–Friday
• Work Setup: Work From Home
• Reports to: Customer Experience Manager / Finance Lead
